What is Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana (BSKY)?

- All families included in the State Food Security Scheme (SFSS) list
- All families covered under National Food Security Act (NFSA) in Odisha
- Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) card holders
- Priority Household (PHH) ration card holders
- Families identified through the Socio-Economic Caste Census (SECC) data
Who is NOT Eligible
- Families not included in SFSS/NFSA beneficiary lists
- Government employees covered under CGHS or state health schemes
- Families with annual income above the prescribed limit (non-ration card holders)

Online Process
