PNB KYC Update Online 2026 — Without Branch Visit

Punjab National Bank (PNB) sends KYC update notices for periodic re-KYC (every 5–10 years as per RBI guidelines). PNB customers can now update KYC through the PNB ONE app or internet banking — without visiting a branch.

Method 3: PNB Video KYC

PNB has rolled out Video KYC for re-KYC. Availability depends on your branch and account type:

  4. Verification done live on call
  5. KYC completed same day
