What is UP Bhulekh?

UP Bhulekh is the official online land records portal of the Uttar Pradesh government, maintained by the Board of Revenue. It allows citizens to check land ownership details, khasra (plot) numbers, khatauni (ownership record), and other revenue records from anywhere without visiting the tehsil office.

Before this portal, checking land records required visiting the Lekhpal or tehsil office in person — a time-consuming and often frustrating process. UP Bhulekh has digitised land records for all 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh.

  • Owner name search — Search records by land owner's name
  • Revenue village maps — View village-level land maps
