UP caste certificate for NEET — is it enough for state quota?

My community is in central OBC list but not in UP OBC list — what happens?

For UP state government jobs: only UP OBC list applies — central OBC listing alone does not give state OBC benefits. For central government jobs: central OBC NCL applies regardless of state OBC status. Apply for the relevant certificate based on the job type.
