• Photo ID issued by a recognized educational institution

Proof of Address (any one)

• Bank Statement (last 3 months)

• Utility Bill (electricity, water, gas — not older than 3 months)

• Property tax receipt

• Rental agreement (registered)

Proof of Date of Birth (any one)

• Birth Certificate

• Class 10 Marksheet

• Government hospital birth certificate

• Driving License with DOB
