For Name Correction / Change

• Driving licence

• Marriage certificate (if name changed after marriage)

• Gazette notification (for official name change)

• Matriculation certificate

For Date of Birth Correction

• Birth certificate

• Matriculation certificate

• Driving licence

• Pension payment order

For Photo / Signature Update

• Recent passport-size photograph (3.5 cm × 2.5 cm, white background)

• Signature: on white paper, scanned

• Photo: JPEG format, 2 KB to 20 KB

• Signature: JPEG format, 2 KB to 20 KB

For Address Correction

• Driving licence

• Electricity / Water / Gas bill (not older than 3 months)

• Bank account statement (not older than 6 months)

• Post office passbook with address

For Father's Name Correction

• Same documents as name correction (POI documents)

• If father's name on PAN doesn't match Aadhaar, provide Aadhaar or passport showing correct father's name
