Step-by-Step Application Process
Online Process (via Saral Haryana / Parivar Pehchan Patra)
- Visit the Saral Haryana portal at saralharyana.gov.in
- Register/Login using your mobile number and OTP
- Search for "Old Age Samman Allowance" in the services list
- Your details will auto-populate from the Parivar Pehchan Patra database
- Verify your personal information โ name, date of birth, address, family income
- Enter bank account details (IFSC code and account number)
- Upload required documents โ photo, Aadhaar, age proof, bank passbook
- Review and submit the application
- Note the Service Request Number for tracking
- Application will be verified by the Sarpanch/MC and then the BDPO/SDM
