2. Is this scheme only for Marathas or for other communities too?
The scheme is for Maratha community AND the unreserved/open category — those who are not covered under SC/ST/OBC reservation. This is a key distinction.
3. I already have a bank loan. Can I take an APAVMC loan too?

Yes. Women from the eligible communities can apply. Women-run businesses may get additional preference and relaxation in documentation.
