What is Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana?
Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana is the flagship scheme of the Madhya Pradesh government that gives ₹1,250 per month (targeted to reach ₹3,000/month eventually) directly to the bank accounts of married women aged 23 to 60 years. The scheme was launched in March 2023 and is currently benefiting over 1.29 crore women in Madhya Pradesh.
The monthly amount is transferred on the 10th of every month via DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) to the woman's own bank account. No middlemen, no paperwork at offices — the money comes directly.

Common Problems and Solutions
Bank account not in own name / payment not received
The bank account must be in the woman's own name, not husband's or parents'. Open a new savings account in your name at any bank and update it on the portal.
Aadhaar not linked to bank account
Go to your bank branch with Aadhaar card and request Aadhaar-bank linking. Once done, payments start in the next cycle.
Samagra ID not available
Visit your nearest gram panchayat/ward office or create it at samagra.gov.in. Samagra ID is an MP-specific family identity number.
Name missing from beneficiary list
Visit your local camp or Gram Panchayat office. File an objection at cmladlibahna.mp.gov.in → "Objection/Claim" during the objection window.
Application rejected
Common reasons: husband is a govt employee, income/land exceeds limit, or age outside 23-60. Check the rejection reason on the portal and correct/appeal if the rejection was incorrect.
