How to Apply for Vehicle NOC Online

Through Parivahan Portal

  1. Visit parivahan.gov.in
  2. Go to Online Services → Vehicle Related Services
  3. Select your state and RTO
  4. Choose "NOC/Cancellation of NOC"
  5. Enter vehicle registration number
  6. Fill in the application with reason (inter-state transfer)
  7. Upload documents:
