How to Apply for OCI Card Online
Step-by-Step Process
- Visit ociservices.gov.in
- Click "OCI Registration" under Services

OCI Card Renewal (Re-issue)
OCI cards do not expire and generally do not need renewal. However, re-issue is required in these cases:
Mandatory Re-issue
- At age 20 ā if OCI was issued before age 20, you must get it re-issued to update the photograph
- At age 50 ā re-issue required once after turning 50 to update the photograph
- New passport issued ā when you get a new foreign passport, you should get OCI card re-issued (or carry old passport along with new one)

- Fill the form with current OCI details and new passport information
- Upload updated photograph and new passport copy
