  1. Visit the Stock Holding Corporation (SHCIL) portal or authorized bank
  2. Fill the stamp duty details (property value, type, parties)
  3. Pay via net banking, NEFT, or at counter
  4. Receive an e-stamp certificate with a unique identification number (UIN)

Method 2: State Portal — Maharashtra (IGRS)

  1. Visit igrs.maharashtra.gov.in
  2. Register/login → Select "Pay Stamp Duty"
