What is Vidiyal Payanam?
Vidiyal Payanam (Dawn Journey) is a Tamil Nadu government scheme providing free bus travel for all women on Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (TNSTC) and Metropolitan Transport Corporation (MTC) government buses. All women, regardless of age or income, can travel for free on ordinary government buses across Tamil Nadu.
