When Do You Need to Transfer Your Voter ID?

How to Transfer Voter ID Online — Different Constituency (Form 6)

Step-by-Step Process

1. Visit voters.eci.gov.in
2. Login or create a new account with your mobile number
3. Select "New Voter Registration (Form 6)"
4. In the form, select the reason: "Shifted from another constituency"
5. Enter your personal details (name, DOB, gender, relative's name)
6. Enter your new residential address with:
   • State, district, assembly constituency
   • Full address with pin code
7. In the "Previous Registration" section:
   • Enter your previous EPIC number
   • Select the state and constituency where you were previously registered
