Preparation Tips

1. Start Physical Training Early

Begin running, pull-ups, and endurance training at least 3-4 months before the rally. Consistency is key.

2. Focus on Running

The 1.6 km run carries the most marks (60 out of 100 in PFT). Aim to complete it under 5 minutes 30 seconds.

3. Study NCERT Books for CEE

For the written exam, NCERT textbooks of Class 10 (GD) or Class 12 (Technical/Clerk) are sufficient.

4. Practice General Knowledge

Current affairs, Indian history, geography, and defence-related knowledge are important for CEE.

5. Keep Documents Ready

Aadhaar card, education certificates, domicile certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), NCC certificate, sports certificates — keep originals and photocopies ready.

6. Medical Preparation

Get a pre-medical checkup done. Common rejection reasons include flat feet, dental issues, colour blindness, and vision problems. Address fixable issues beforehand.
