The Government of India extended the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana (PMGKAY) provisions, providing 5 kg free food grains per person per month to all NFSA beneficiaries. Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) families receive 35 kg per household per month.

Step-by-Step Process
Check Beneficiary List Online
- Visit the UP Food & Civil Supplies portal at fcs.up.gov.in
- Click on "NFSA Beneficiary List" or "राशन कार्ड की पात्रता सूची"
- Select your district, block/urban area, and Fair Price Shop
- View the list of beneficiaries — check if your name and ration card number appear
- Download or print the list for your records
Apply for New Ration Card
- Visit the UP FCS portal at fcs.up.gov.in
- Click on "Online Application" or visit your nearest CSC centre
- Fill the application form with family details, Aadhaar numbers and income details

- Submit the application and note the reference number
