Snehapoorvam Scheme Kerala – Stipend for Orphan Children

What is Snehapoorvam?

Snehapoorvam (With Affection) is a Kerala government scheme providing a monthly educational stipend to orphan children and children from families with a single parent (one parent deceased). The scheme ensures that the death of a parent does not prevent a child from continuing education.

  2. Must be a student currently enrolled in a recognized school or college
  3. Age: Must be studying (typically up to undergraduate level)
  4. Residency: Must be a resident of Kerala
  5. Income: Guardian/family income must be below ₹1 lakh per annum

Class 6 to 10 ₹500/month
Class 11 to 12 (Plus One/Two) ₹750/month
