Launched to eliminate middlemen and ensure farmers receive the government-guaranteed price for their crops.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. I missed the registration deadline. Can I still sell wheat at MSP?

Without e-Uparjan registration, you cannot sell at government procurement centres at MSP. Sell at open market mandi (may get lower price) or ask the block agriculture office if late registration is possible in your case.

2. I have 2 acres of wheat. How much can I sell under e-Uparjan?

The limit is approximately 40 quintals per hectare of registered land (about 16 quintals per acre). For 2 acres, maximum is approximately 32 quintals.

3. My bank account is not Aadhaar-linked. How do I fix this?

Visit your bank branch with Aadhaar card and request Aadhaar-bank seeding. It is done at the branch or via ATM in most banks. Without Aadhaar seeding, payment cannot be sent via DBT.

4. What if I am not happy with the weighing at the mandi?

Request a re-weighing at the procurement centre. The weighing machine should be government-calibrated. If dispute persists, contact the mandi manager or district supply officer.

5. Can I sell both wheat and soybean in the same season?

You can register for different crops in different seasons. In the same season, wheat and soybean are not grown simultaneously — register for the relevant Rabi or Kharif crop in the respective season.
