Who is Eligible?

You ARE eligible if:

• You are a Rajasthan resident
• You are 60 years or above
• You practice one of the 18 listed Vishwakarma trades
• Your family's annual income is ₹50,000 or less
• You are not receiving any other government pension

How to Apply

Step 1 — Online Application

Visit rajssp.raj.nic.in — Rajasthan Social Security Pension portal:

• Select Vishwakarma Pension Yojana
• Login via SSO or Aadhaar OTP
• Fill personal details and trade details
• Upload documents
• Submit

Step 2 — Offline at Gram Panchayat / Ward

Submit a filled application form at:

• Gram Panchayat (rural)
• Urban Local Body / Ward office (urban)

Step 3 — Verification

The local revenue official (Patwari / RI) verifies income. The Social Security Officer verifies trade and age.

Step 4 — Pension Starts

After approval, ₹2,000/month is credited to the Aadhaar-linked bank account via DBT.

Yes. Lohar (blacksmith) is listed. He should apply at the Gram Panchayat with Aadhaar, income certificate, and age proof. Income must be ₹50,000/year or less.

2. If I already get the state old age pension, can I also get Vishwakarma pension?

No. You cannot receive two state social security pensions simultaneously. If already getting old age pension, you are not eligible for Vishwakarma pension.

3. I am a tailor by trade but moved to daily wage work. Am I still eligible?

The scheme requires you to be in the artisan trade. If you have permanently left the trade and are no longer a practicing tailor, eligibility may be questioned. Consult the Social Security Office.

4. Is the Rajasthan Vishwakarma Pension the same as PM Vishwakarma scheme?
