How to Book Platform Ticket Online via UTS App

Step 1: Download the UTS App

Download the UTS on Mobile app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store. The app is officially developed by CRIS (Centre for Railway Information Systems).

Step 2: Register Your Account

  1. Open the UTS app
  2. Select Sign Up and enter your mobile number
  3. Verify with the OTP sent to your phone
  4. Fill in your name, age, and gender
  5. Complete registration

Step 3: Add Money to R-Wallet

  1. Go to R-Wallet in the app menu
  2. Add money via UPI, debit card, or net banking
  3. Minimum recharge amount is ₹10

Step 4: Book Platform Ticket

  1. Open the UTS app and select Platform Ticket
  2. Select your station name from the dropdown

  4. Confirm payment from R-Wallet
