What is Mukhyamantri Seekho Kamao Yojana?

Mukhyamantri Seekho Kamao Yojana (Chief Minister Learn and Earn Scheme) is a Madhya Pradesh government scheme launched in 2023 that provides on-the-job training to educated youth at private companies while paying them a monthly stipend. The idea is: the youth learns a skill at a company, gets paid while learning, and may even get a job offer at the end.

The scheme targets 1 lakh youth per year and covers over 700 types of work across all sectors — IT, engineering, hospitality, healthcare, retail, media, arts, and more.

Monthly Stipend

Education Level Monthly Stipend
Class 12 pass ₹8,000/month
ITI pass ₹8,500/month
Diploma holder ₹9,000/month
Graduate (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., etc.) ₹10,000/month
Postgraduate or higher ₹10,000/month

The stipend is paid directly to the youth's bank account for the duration of training (up to 1 year).

75% is paid by the government; 25% is paid by the company. So the youth gets 100% stipend regardless.
