Common Problems and Solutions

Application submitted but institution not verifying

→ Visit your college's scholarship nodal officer and remind them. Institutions have a deadline — if they miss it, your application gets rejected for that year.

Bank account details mismatch / payment not received

→ Ensure your Aadhaar is linked to the bank account you entered. Account name must match your Aadhaar name exactly. Any mismatch causes payment failure.

Caste certificate not accepted / rejected

→ The caste certificate must be issued by the UP revenue department (Tehsildar / SDM). Certificates from other states or gram pradhans are NOT accepted.

Income certificate format issues

→ Income certificate must be on revenue department letterhead with Tehsildar/SDM signature, not older than 3 financial years for OBC/EWS categories.

"Student already registered" error

→ Your registration is already in the system from a previous year. Use "Renewal Application" instead of fresh registration.

Application is incomplete / corrections needed

→ Log back in before the last date and correct the information. Once submitted to institution, contact them to send it back for correction.
