Duare Sarkar (meaning "Government at Your Doorstep") is West Bengal government's initiative to bring 18+ government scheme services directly to citizens through camps organized at panchayat offices, schools, and community centres. Rather than citizens travelling to multiple government offices, officials come to the neighbourhood.

Step 1 — Find the Camp Near You

Step 2 — Visit the Camp with Documents

At each Duare Sarkar camp:

Laxmi Bhandar is West Bengal's popular women's financial assistance scheme:

• ₹500/month for general category women heads of household
• ₹1,000/month for SC/ST women heads of household
